Using Pawprint

Pawprint is a pet information, organization, care-coordination, and sharing service. You are responsible for information you add, people you invite, and public or temporary links you enable.

Not veterinary advice

Pawprint does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed veterinarian. Health summaries, reminders, extracted document fields, and wellness observations are organizational aids and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Emergency use

Pet ID and Lost Mode can help share owner-selected information, but availability is not guaranteed. Do not rely on Pawprint as the only source of emergency identification or medical information.

Accounts and household access

Keep account credentials secure. Household owners are responsible for invitations, roles, sitter access, and other sharing permissions associated with their household.

Content and records

You must have the right to upload and share the content you place in Pawprint. You remain responsible for checking important health, insurance, identification, and care information for accuracy.

Plans

Plan limits and Pawprint+ features may change before or after billing becomes available. A plan shown in the product does not itself mean payment processing is active.

Service changes

Features may evolve as Pawprint develops. Material policy or product changes should be reflected in updated terms or notices.
