Adding & Editing Pets
Add photos, identity details, microchip information, veterinarian contacts, allergies, medications, and care notes.
Health Records
Track weight, vaccinations, medications, vet visits, documents, and health timeline events. Pawprint is an organization tool, not a diagnostic service.
Reminders & Notifications
Create one-time or recurring care reminders and manage notification preferences from Account Settings.
Pet ID & Lost Mode
Create an owner-controlled public Pet ID, QR code, and Lost Mode profile. Only information you enable is shown publicly.
Family & Sitter Access
Invite household members or create a time-limited sitter pass without sharing your password.
Vet Sharing
Create temporary read-only health summaries and visit packets for veterinary care. You control what is included and when access expires.
Memories & Public Story
Save photos and milestones privately, create albums, and optionally publish selected memories to a Public Story.
Document Scanning
Photograph or upload a record and review suggested extracted fields before anything is added to structured health data.
Pawprint+ & Plans
Plan controls and usage limits are visible in Plan & Usage. Payment checkout is not active unless Pawprint explicitly enables billing.
Privacy & Data
Public sharing is optional. You can review privacy controls, download account data where available, and contact support about deletion requests.
Report a Problem
Signed-in users can open a support ticket and follow replies from the Support Center.
